How are your products made and how can I take care of them?

Rivava has selected the highest quality materials to create the products you adore. Our jewelry is made of 925/1000 sterling silver and gold-plated 925/1000 sterling silver (also known as vermeil). The vermeil jewelry is made of sterling silver plated with 14-karat gold. We certify the authenticity of our fine jewelry.
The sterling silver’s glow is preserved even if worn frequently. The gold plating is ten times thicker on vermeil jewels than on brass jewels. These precious pieces are timeless and age beautifully with proper care.

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed? 

If you would like to make a change to your order BEFORE it has been shipped, please email us at hello@rivava.com and we will do our best to help.
What do I do if I never received my order or something was wrong with it?
While we do our best to insure that situations like this don't happen, we will always do our part to work with you in making sure you receive your order exactly as you ordered it.
If this happens, email us at hello@rivava.com and we will work with you immediately to figure it out and get you your product as soon as possible.

What is the return policy? 

Our return policy lasts 14 days from time of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

All gifted, sale, special price or discounted items are considered final sale and may only be returned for store credit.

What type of shipping do you offer?

We offer three types of shipping options, so that you can find one suited for your needs! We offer Standard, First Class (insured), and Express (insured).

When will I get my order?

All orders are processed within three (3) business days and immediately shipped out within 3-5 business days for delivery.

Please Note: Some of our products are shipped separately and they may arrive in different packages at different times. All purchases are delivered in frustration free packaging with no promotional material or significant branding, packages may be delivered from any one of our fulfillment centers around the world including Miami, Los Angeles, Canada, Shanghai and/or Beijing.
